Father Justin Braun, Texarkana

Fr. Justin Braun is the son of Terry and Helen Braun of Longview. He is the youngest of three, brother to two wonderful sisters who have given him 7 nephews and 3 nieces between the two of them, and he is also great- uncle to two children.

Fr. Braun has worked extensively in the Diocese of Tyler in various positions, especially working with high school and college aged students. He also has served as Vocations Director for four years in service to the diocese of Tyler.

He currently is parochial vicar of Sacred Heart Parish in Texarkana, TX and is the Director of Youth Formation for the St. Philip Institute of Catechesis and Evangelization. Fr. Braun is honored to be the State Chaplain for the Catholic Daughters of the Americas and looks forward to being of assistance to the State Court in their work to serve the wonderful women of the state of Texas.
