The national officers are National Regent, National Regent Elect, First Vice National Regent, Second Vice National Regent, and Secretary-Treasurer. These officers are elected at the biennial national convention on even years in July.
There are nine (9) elected National Directors who serve as supervisors of the state courts for the national court. The national regent appoints National Chairmen to facilitate and advise the various committees and projects across the country.
The National Regent may appoint a National Chaplain and National Clergy Consultant as the Spiritual Advisor(s) to the National Board.

The state regent appoints State Chairmen to facilitate and advise the various committees and projects across the state. There are sixty two (62) District Deputies across Texas that the State Regent has appointed to serve as a liaison from the state court to the local courts.

The local court officers are the Regent, Vice Regent, Recording Secretary, Financial Secretary, and Treasurer. These officers are elected at the local court meeting on even years in May.
The local court regent appoints Committee Chairmen to facilitate and advise the various committees and projects within the local court.
The Regent shall appoint a Chaplain as the Spiritual Advisor for the membership.
